About this course

The AI Foundation Challenge is 35 short lessons — about 15 minutes each. The first 28 days take you from your first useful prompt to a live project you have tested with real people; the last seven are a Professional Toolkit that turns it into the skills a workplace asks for.

Every day has the same shape: one idea to learn, one task, and one result you save. Each day's result feeds a later one, so by Day 28 you hold a Prompt Playbook, a one-page marketing plan, a working automation and a launched project — all in one document you keep.

Week 1 — AI Foundation. Week 2 — AI for Business. Week 3 — AI Automation. Week 4 — Build & Launch. Week 5 — Professional Toolkit: the right tool for the task, analysis, workbooks, reports, slides and a pitch deck.

You need only free tools and a phone or a laptop. No coding. The first three days are free to read.

Finish the lessons, then sit a 20-question final assessment — short answers, workflows, logic, AI strategy and choosing the right tool. Pass it and you earn a certificate that shows your grade.
