What the final assessment tested
A 20-question assessment, drawn at random from a larger bank, marked automatically and the same way for everybody. Typed short answers, workflows to put in order, tasks to match to the right tool, and scenario questions. The pass mark is 60%; Excellent starts at 90% and Outstanding at 95%.

- AI for business content. Turning AI drafts into true, customer-ready offers, posts and replies.
- Workflows and automation. Designing, testing and costing a repeatable workflow or automation.
- Building and launching. Scoping, publishing, user-testing and launching a small project.

- The right tool for the task. Choosing the right tool for a job, and spotting when AI is the wrong one.
- AI strategy and judgement. Judgement: protecting private data, deciding what to trust and publish.
- Logic and numbers. Reading a flow, applying a rule and working the arithmetic behind a decision.
How a real certificate is checked
Anybody can do this, with no login — an employer, a client, a friend.
- Scan the QR code on the certificate with a phone camera, or type its ID into the box on this site.
- A page like this one opens. Its name, programme, grade and date must be the same as on the certificate in your hand.
- If the ID is not found, or anything is different, it is not a genuine ITSI certificate.
