Summary: Digital products can be cancelled before delivery begins. Service projects can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment.
Digital Store Orders

Before delivery: Full cancellation and refund available. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.

After auto delivery: Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed cannot be cancelled or refunded.

After manual delivery: Once subscription credentials or files have been shared, cancellation is not possible.
Service Projects (Web Dev, Marketing, Analytics)

Within 24 hours of payment: Full refund if work has not started.

After work begins: Partial refund based on work completed. Assessed case by case.

After project completion: No refund available once project is delivered and approved.
